## Bernafon App Description
This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. It comes with an app for Apple Watch helping you discreetly change programs and adjust volume (when within Bluetooth range).

Note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

•	Adjust sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately
•	Mute surroundings for better focus
•	Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional
•	Check battery levels
•	Stream calls, music, and podcasts directly to your hearing aids (availability may vary depending on your phone model)
•	Find your hearing aids if lost (requires location services always turned on)
•	Access app support and troubleshooting solutions
•	Meet your hearing care professional for an online visit (by appointment)
•	Adjust streaming sounds with streaming equalizer (available for all hearing aid models except Bernafon Zerena)
•	Adjust sounds around you with sound equalizer (available for Bernafon Revita, Encanta and Alpha XT models)
•	Track your progress with HearingCoach feature (available for Bernafon Revita, Encanta and Alpha XT models)
•	Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV-A or SoundClip-A
•	Connect to and adjust an Auracast™ broadcast (available for Bernafon Revita and Encanta models)
•	Get reminders to replace your wax filters to maintain sound quality (available for Bernafon Revita and Encanta models)
•	Reduce background noise while streaming with Smart Adaptative Streaming (available for Bernafon Revita)

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

For optimal performance, we recommend updating your device to iOS 18 or later. To check the latest list of compatible devices, please visit:

## Bernafon App Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Pretty cool"
Pretty sweet. Would be nice if there was more options to control my hearing aids
-- Jimmie4570, 2025-06-13

### *---- "Paired but not paired"
The app goes through the pairing process and successfully pairs but immediately returns to the pairing screen again. I don’t get access to the functions!
OS iPhone 18
-- Doctor Graphics, 2025-03-15

### ***** "Love it"
Don’t leave home without my hearing aids.
-- Thesaint675, 2025-03-15

### ***** "Bill"
Works great like the single controller feature
-- Wadahy, 2025-03-11

### **--- "Very unhappy with the app"
The app doesn’t give you much options for listening. Very disappointed with the features
-- nickname4.6, 2025-03-11

### *---- "No good"
Not clear to hear people talking
-- 齊天细墼, 2025-02-13

### **--- "Needs upgrades"
Need more features and ability to adjust to your own liking. GPS location and health monitoring. All can be added. The lack of options regarding settings is disappointing.
-- Melpeiprof, 2025-02-12

### *---- "Sh.tty"
Continually looses contact, tva cuts in and out. Totally USELESS
-- mcjchenxkcufhsnxlcufndn lc, 2025-01-01

### ****- "Disconnects"
Constantly disconnects and if it actually reconnects it is usually only one hearing aid. I have had to re-pair them with my phones too many times.
I feel like the developers don't personally depend on this application for their own hearing aids.
-- Frartles, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Terrible connectivity"
Takes forever to connect if it connects and doesn’t stay connected.
Want to make a change you have to reconnect.
Horrible app. Wish I had the old one still
-- Guerty67, 2024-11-12
