The Bernafon App is compatible with all Bernafon Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.
With Bernafon App, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)

14 June 2024. Totally buggy. Have tried reinstalling but get same garbage.
I used the older version of the app for three+ years. It worked with no fuss.
Upgrade was a total downgrade to nonexistent. It fails on every attempt to link my hearing aids. And I can’t reload the previous version app.
My iPhone’s Accessibility controls shows my phone is connected to my hearing aids, and I can access my TVs sound system.
Can’t get my phone to send incoming calls to my devices.
Bad bad bas
Terrible. Have to reboot my iPad whenever I need to connect the hearing aids, which is whenever I need to adjust the volume. So incredibly frustrating.
On dependable

Verschlechterung
Ich schließe mich GTler an. Die Verbindung der Hörgeräte mit dem iPhone ist schleppend und die Reaktion auf Eingaben langsam. Ich möchte die alte App zurück.
Ich habe die App jetzt einige Zeit ertragen, sie verbindet sich sehr langsam, verliert immer wieder den Kontakt und reagiert sehr langsam.
Heute habe ich sie gelöscht und bediene die Hörgeräte (bernafon viron5) allein mit dem iPhone-Bedienungshilfen-Hörgeräte. Das funktioniert einwandfrei.

Diese App ist eine Katastrophe. Funktioniert hinten und vorne nicht!!!!!!
Viel schlechter als der Vorgänger
App trennt sich permanent von den Hörgeräten, erneute Verbindung dauert eine gefühlte Ewigkeit. App reagiert sehr träge auf das Tuch Display.

Ich kann mich nur meinem Vorredner anschließen,die alte App lief ohne Probleme. Warum wird den Nutzern ein Wechsel der App angeboten wenn diese noch nicht funktioniert. 😌 Also solange es geht die alte App nutzen.
