Berriii  (Formerly Redde) is a simpler way to pay for parking using the app, web or text.

Registration is free. As many vehicles are registered to your account as suits your lifestyle and family. Only pay for the parking you want. 

Berriii will send you receipts and reminders so you can focus on what you really enjoy without the headache.

Pay on arrival or pay just before you leave depending on the car park rules shown on the signs. 

Top up your parking with just a few taps on your phone.

The worst app I have ever used. It has logged me out and will no longer accept my password. The worst part is there is no ‘reset password’ function, so the app is now completely unusable. I would give this app zero stars if it were possible!

Nearly impossible to pay.   Transactions don’t go through and it is unclear what.  I’ve tried different cards and then finally one of the cards became a successful transaction. Total attempts were at least 6 times, both via the app and the web.  

Otherwise, user interface is non-intuitive.  

In short, this feels like a payments app that is trying to catch out people and charge the €100 penalty to make money from penalty charges.  Companies that contract Berriii should think twice and avoid them as the plague.

Never keeps you logged in. Needs about three password resets every time I use it. Trying to enter parking times is not intuitive.

Worked until one fine day it suddenly decided to stop recognising my login credentials, claiming they are wrong. Reset the password. Still says password is wrong. Tried to re-register. Sorry, that phone number is already registered. So now I am stuck.

Despite paying for parking again somewhere I have been before it takes > 20 minutes.
The login page on the website is programmed to behave like a ‘register’ page, which prevents users to use saved passwords. The ‘username’ registered in the register page is the email but is the phone number on the ‘login’ page further frustrating the saved password tools. The payment fails a few times before it gets through with the same card. The ‘convenience fee’ is a lie.  There is no convenience in using an app that takes so long. Can I bill my time for the convenience of spending this time on something as trivial as this? The 5 stars reviews are almost certainly fake, even if everything had worked first time (it didn’t) the app looks clunky and amateurish. It’s slow to react to click. It has no ability to delete or edit cards. This is by far the worst parking app and god knows it’s not a group of apps known for quality.

Both ticket machines at Harlands Road in Haywards Heath are broken and so is the app 11:00 21.07.2022. 
I’ve tried three times to pay on the app and it is not working. There’s no error message. It just won’t take the payment. Posting this to be used as evidence when they inevitably attempt to fine me.
If I could give no stars, I would.

Let’s be clear. The majority of us install these apps for one reason. We’ve turned up to a car park in the backend of nowhere and the proper physical ticket machine is broken.

So you download YET ANOTHER parking app you’ve never heard of, using your cellular data. Never mind, if you’re old or not technically savvy, these are a non-starter.

I detest the perverse incentive this gives the owners of the places. They can sack off maintaining their car park and assume the app will pick up the slack.

Parking apps are supposed to be quick and convenient. It’s taken nearly 20 mins to download app and register for parking. 

I’ve wasted this much time so what’s 5 mins more to leave a review.

End of the day they don’t care and won’t change it as all they care about is undercutting rivals to get parking contracts.

The fees charged by the developer are unacceptable. I paid through the app and it claimed that the fee included sms charges!?! When I went into Redbridge there were terminals charging 2.00. D’oh. Don’t use this app.

It’s a very poor system on purpose to frustrate you so they get more fine revenue. 

Took me 10 attempts to change my password.  Then it wouldn’t recognise the password from my iPhone.  It wont use the stored phone number. 

As I say it’s a very cynical ploy to frustrate and drive fine revenue for the shareholders.  

There should be a way of reporting such apps and services so they ultimately get kicked out.  

Anyone who works for Redde should be ashamed of the company’s obvious disdain for the users.

This app sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. Today it’s asking for my login details again (I’ve had the app for awhile and saved those details on phone) but is then saying my email is not recognised. However if I do a reset password request it sends the link to my email - which must mean it is recognised. Trying to reset on website it’s also saying email not recognised. If I delete app and try to reregister - email already exists. Etc. Why can’t parking apps get it together? Only Ringo seems to work.

First the app needs to support new phones resolution aka iPhone X series. 
Secondly it’s not possible to auto detect your location. 
Thirdly the app needs to support Apple Pay.

Choices 1) Get your feet soaked crossing the lake that surrounds the ticket machines at Haywards Heath (BTW you’ve spelt this wrong in the app) then punch in you Reg in the machine in the driving rain and then wait forever for you card to validate. 2) Take an age to set the app up and pay an extra 30p for the pleasure of giving these bandits money. They are happy to spend a fortune on ANPR to dish out fines and then make sure that they make it a nightmare to pay so that can fine you when you make a mistake. Why can’t I just have an account that gets debited when the ANPR see my car come and go ....... because they’d lose their fine revenues .....
