You’re left not able to use the app at all unless you email customer service for help. Before you could track water intake, and the protein, carbs, etc, in what you ate, which is what my dietician has asked me to track. Now, it’s just what you ate, which is not as beneficial because the app no longer gives me those stats. May have to switch to using another app, which may also mean I might stop using berry street… -- dnyc51202, 2024-10-18 ### **--- "Disastrous Update" Since the last update, I can't even login to the app. It refuses to send a verification code and - though the screen says to contact Support - none of the Support agents can figure it out. They've "raised a ticket with engineering" and encouraged me to use the webpage while I wait (which isn't mobile friendly and appears to be missing features) but I'm skeptical. Update: they fixed the verification bug, but stripped away every good feature. No more linkage to my smart scale or smart watch, no more ability to track water, etc. BUT, for everyone as disappointed as I am, the Support team told me you can use your Berry Street credentials to log into Healthie, their partner app, and Healthie is still full featured and has all my historical data as well. -- Back to Bumble, 2024-10-18 ### **--- "It’s ok" told to download the app by my dietician. Was told I’d be able to track things like water intake. The app only tracks food and symptoms. When trying to change times and dates for the food journal, everything is blanked out and I have to scroll without seeing and hope I click the right date or time. I would upload diet history and macro overviews. I can’t do either now. Before, I could upload to a files section. When you try and adjust the date and time some of the numbers don’t display. I didn’t have issues before and I had more options before.
