They were supposed to send me an email explaining where my package is/how much longer it will take but i still haven’t received any email. Do not order online from Bershka, it’s a waste of time and money and you’ll be ripping your hair out having to deal with the
awful customer support. This is ridiculous that i’ve been waiting a month and still no answer from them.
