You spend extra time compare to walk if your distance is only within 2km. Manchester planning is a totally SCAM!! -- harrydanshan, 2023-09-04 ### ****- "4 Sterne da überragender Kundenservice" ich habe die App und die Fahrräder im Urlaub genutzt. Mal mit einem lachenden, mal mit einem weinenden Auge. Probleme die ich hatte waren z. B., dass sich ein Schloss nicht öffnen oder aber auch wieder nicht schließen ließ und somit die ordnungsgemäße Rückgabe oder Leihe sehr beeinträchtigt war. Zwischendurch funktionierte es immer wieder reibungslos und der Service ist so praktisch, dass ich trotzdem Fahrräder geliehen habe. Schluss endlich reagiert der Kundenservice so schnell und professionell , das ich auch die Probleme mit in Kauf genommen habe. Die Fahrräder selbst variieren im Zustand. Allerdings werden sie auch wirklich stark genutzt.
