First journey went alright...I put the bike back...n got an instant notification you first trip has now ended but I hadn't lock the bike yet n the message made me believe that I had returned the bike...when I got back 2 hrs later there was another message saying don't forget to lock the bike n the first message saying my first trip has ended had disappeared...they use bogus tricks like common thieves.

The amount of times this company has done scabby little things to get an extra £10,15 out of me is funny 😂
It seems the bikes have gone downhill, at least in my area, yes the customer service is fast and helpful, but it seems I keep having to contact them over the bikes refusing to lock, me being given fees over a GPS problem, bikes having popped tires etc Not great when I have places to be on time and I’m having to faff with bikes and support to even get anywhere
A brilliant way to get around the city and a handy app to use! Looses two stars because I feel the developers need to add a search function where I can input a postcode and find the nearest stop to that. As it takes time to pinch and scroll through the map to figure out where I can stop with the bike. This would also work with a maps/directions option from stop to stop! Hope this is considered for future updates!:)
The amount of out of service bikes / scooters is unjustifiably high! The devices that do work are in desperate need of service. Seems like the government grants have fired up and Beryl have no drive to fix any of their kit
Most of the times , when i took the pedal bikes , during the driving, its chain makes noise, how difficult it is to drive 20 minutes with the noise , and it takes me to push more . And i use more energy . Sometimes it is showing bikes on the map , and there are no bikes , it happened with me so many times . That i walked alot and when i reach the location, theres no bike , and u waste your time and you have to walk more again . Needs to fix these bugs and issues . Thank u very much
This is such a great addition to my local area. If there are any technical issues I personally ALWAYS got an instant refund without even asking for it. Great service and the bikes are easy to ride and easy to use and easy to understand. gg Beryl, gg
Battery went flat after a mile and the scooter said it had 9 miles range
Heavily fines as the bike couldn’t lock at the end of journey, unreasonable customer services staf. Feel scammed
