I ordered screen protector from this app for my Apple iPad Air 5 gen, I received wrong product. The glass was not even covering the pad , they don’t take responsibility. They just ask you to wait on the seller who doesn’t agree with your problem furthermore. Horrible experience

I’ve just never had a great experience with the app, the site, the shipping, or the store. Amazon provides better customer care, faster shipping, FREE shipping, and more selection. I actually work at best buy. The employees are pretty fake, and what’s best for the customer is not their priority.

Free shipping over $35 unless marketplace. Buys pc, $90 of shipping, GETS ABSOLUTELY ZERO INFORMATION about when it’s arriving, being shipped or picked up. So now I had to pay $90 in shipping, no alerts about my package and now I have to drive to go pick up my package. So now I have to not only pay for their gas but pay for mine as well. Please make it so people don’t get absolutely ripped off by marketplace along with your ridiculous priced shipping fees.

I like the app because it works on my tablet, unlike the website which has some sort of grey/shaded overlay. However, the app seems to not be smart enough to recognize when my cart no longer contains items. Example: I added an item to the cart and, upon my return the item was removed from the store. The app still shows the # 1 on the cart icon but when I select the cart, it says there’s nothing in the cart but the # 1 is still there and has been for a week now.

When I want there they said buy this for 2 dollars and you can get anything you want in the store for free

I’ve been extremely disappointed with the Best Buy mobile app. Every time there’s heavy traffic on the site—especially during big sales or events—it becomes unusable. The checkout process consistently fails with errors, leaving me frustrated and unable to complete my purchases. A company as large as Best Buy should have the technical capability to handle high traffic, but this app proves otherwise. It’s unacceptable in today’s digital age. I expected much better from their technical team. Please fix these issues and deliver a smoother user experience.

Can’t add items to cart & check out is impossible!! It’s more than 2 weeks this issue keeps going. Fix that app please Thank you

Bugg at checkout and cant buy anything through this. What a waste of time that was.

Malheureusement c'est le backend de Best Buy Canada qui est toujours en panne depuis plus d'un an. Le panier ne fonctionne pas tout simplement. Impossible d'ajouter des items. L'icone dit que j'ai 2 items dans mon panier mais une fois dans le panier, c'est vide. C'est pareil sur leur site web. Application inutile et frustrante.
