Consistently says internal server error. I can never log in or use pet cams. It’s pointless. -- Sheetrock S., 2026-09-10 ### *---- "Useless app" They clearly stopped maintaining this two years ago and are just completely ignoring the fact that it doesn’t work at all. I get a 500 internal server error any time I try to do anything, including just logging in. -- Ericd92, 2026-07-14 ### ***-- "This APP Don’t Hunt" When I try to log into the app, it gives me an internal server error message. The pug’s graphic is cute. For the past few times I’ve tried to use the app, I’ve had to go on my computer to use it. Very frustrating. -- HouTXGal59, 2026-06-27 ### *---- "Obsolete app" This app is now obsolete for most of Best Friends Pet Care locations. The ones near me have migrated to Moego.pet, and the mobile site is very easy to use. Just wish they made an app! -- werdle dee, 2026-06-22 ### **--- "The app does not work!" This might be the worst app I’ve experienced. I was able to set up my pet profile and now the app does not work. I can’t log in. I can’t pull up boarding to even look at it. No update. I deleted and reinstalled and no change. I don’t want to have to call every time I need to board my dog. -- Mommy1/2016, 2026-06-15 ### *---- "Does not work" Can’t do anything with it. Totally useless -- kirst915, 2026-06-07 ### *---- "Don’t bother. Just call them." The app doesn’t let you choose same day drop off/pickup. It’s missing a lot of other options. You’ll just end up calling. Save your time and storage space on your phone. -- wdwgol4, 2026-05-17 ### *---- "Scheduling never works" I can’t actually schedule anything through the app. It doesn’t allow you to select dates. -- Carlesbarkley007, 2025-12-09 ### *---- "Doesn’t work to book appointments" This app is pretty much nonfunctional. It doesn’t allow you to book appointments, day care or boarding and won’t show prices for any services. This bug has been there for at least the 6 months I’ve had the app. -- jenn748963269, 2025-11-11 ### **--- "Can’t submit requests" Boarding for multiple days is easy to request reservations for. If you want just a one day of doggy day camp, the app won’t let you book it. -- Dvj7849393, 2025-10-27 [View all Best Friends Pet Hotel reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
