I have tried to contact support wanting to know why my card is not working !! I received a gift card for Christmas . I activated it in January I tried to use it today March 23rd . The Bar code did not work , restaurant manager said they normally get the actual card and not via the phone !! Please contact me to get this rectified.

I’ve tried multiple times to login however email verification is not working. I’ve tried multiple email addresses but no luck. Nothing in spam or inbox. Can’t even use it.

It’s hard to find a restaurant in the area using key words. You pretty much need to search the area and look through all the dropped pins. Location of the dropped pins are not accurate as well.

Received this voucher through work. Setup the account and added the card but there’s no way to add it to Apple wallet so the card can’t be used. There’s also no customer support.

I tried to login, but the app does not send the required verification email. Useless. Would recommend not purchasing thieve gift cards or downloading this app 👎

Horrible service, horrible app, restaurant selection is terrible. Basically a scam Called the bank to get my money back but got denied!? $300 down the drain Do not make the same mistake I did Find another gift card service this is horrible!!!

I tried creating an account to redeem my gift card, but this was not possible as their system was not sending the verification email.

Tried to sign up as I received a voucher as a present. I’ve tried six times to verify my email address, but no code comes through.
