This service is unreliable at best, and a scam at worst. -- lc-in-dc, 2022-06-23 ### **--- "Can’t book" Once I click on a schedule one to book it just freezes and nothing happens. I try online and on the app and both do the same thing. I called customer service to Book it on the phone and no one answers -- Adrian718R, 2022-03-16 ### *---- "Terrible doesn’t even work right." Online barely works. App can barely show trips and can’t even purchase, not sure if that fits the old looking display that can’t even work correctly. How can an app for booking trips be unable to book trips. It’s obvious work needs to be done to even properly work and that there is no concern or care with that -- whythisappis👎, 2022-03-04 ### *---- "Trash app" The app doesn’t allow you to book your trip and always crashes. I recommend using a PC. -- RazNej, 2021-12-04 ### *---- "Just doesn’t work" Couldn’t get it to do anything -- acidburn470, 2021-08-10 ### **--- "App lacks basic features" Not able to see you trips in app. No schedule information No location services Only useful to buy a ticket or watch movies - missing all the stuff that makes a native app better than a plain browser. -- Wizazz77, 2020-02-11 ### ***** "Free movies" The app worked fine for me and I was able to watch a movie for free. 5/5 -- EMoran90, 2019-12-01 ### *---- "Movies don’t work !" :( -- Alepunkt, 2019-08-21 ### *---- "Movies dont work" This app doesnt work on the prime bus to load movies. Its just stuck on the connect to wifi screen -- amen1992, 2019-05-24 [View all BestBus reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## BestBus Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/united-states) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/peru) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/bahrain) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/chile) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/dominican-republic) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/united-kingdom) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/lebanon) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/sri-lanka) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/malaysia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/new-zealand) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/russia) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/austria) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/south-africa) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/bestbus-Fsde/azerbaijan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
