I was watching some old re-runs of House of Payne, only for them to take the first 6 seasons off in just the blink of an eye. I was enjoying watching the old episodes too..they’ve now lost my subscription.

I was watching a show and the next morning the episode was gone. All of the older seasons disappeared. There’s no reason that many episodes were removed without an explanation. If I’m paying for a monthly subscription then I should be able to enjoy my show in peace.

I like the different varieties of shows on here. The shows sometimes disconnects and kicks you out of the whole thing!! You have to exit out and join back again which is frustrating. Then the shows keeps playing on to the next episode without confirming it and the ads are too frequently!! I really like the app but it needs major improvements i give it 2 stars.

I DESPISE leaving reviews but BET + is becoming useless and annoying. I’m constantly getting video not available messages and episodes start skipping around when the app glitches. I’ve backed out of episodes and an ad will play instead of resuming where the episode left off… after I’ve just watched a series of ads. There’s only a pinch of shows worth watching as it is, so please try to make the app more seamless like the payment processor you all use to charge us. Thanks.

For the love of God, who is in charge of uploading the Sistas episodes? Every week we get a new episode of Zatima which is great but it’s been a year and only half of season 7 of Sistas has been uploaded to the app. Can we get the rest of season 7 and all of 8 EVERY WEEK! PLEASE! I have to come on here every 6 months and ask the same question. Please!

What’s irritating is that I have to constantly keep logging into this app. I could watch something one day and a couple days later, I have to login again. So I just watch something else on another app. This needs to be fixed. ASAP.

The app works OK one way to improve. This app would be to allow users the option to rate the video they watched.  That way the app can make better recommendations for the users.

I have several streaming subscriptions, BET+ by far is the worst available. I only subscribe if there’s one thing I want to watch, and then I immediately cancel the subscription after being reminded of how ridiculous the interface and software is. I’m not sure why a Black centered channel wouldn’t want to operate at a high level of excellence.

First off, there should be a more simple way to sign in. Every other streaming service allows you to scan a QR code, or sign in with your phone when login into a multiple devices. With BET+ on a smart TV you have to type out your entire email address to sign in every device. That’s cumbersome when you’re doing so with a remote. Pretty ridiculous. 

Then the idea that the shows on the homepage don’t give you a preview of what the show is about is pretty archaic. 

Lastly, when working from a smart TV for the life of me, I can’t change to a different episode of a series. When I backspace it takes me all the way back to the homepage. This has happened time and time again. Get it together BET!!

I am trying to use the app via phone but as soon as I open the app, it states I am offline and not connected to internet. I’m currently on Wi-Fi and connected to internet. When I disconnect from my Wi-Fi and use cellular it gives me the same message and won’t let me move past that screen. I thought that maybe the app needed updating but there are no updates available.
