This app is designed to scam players out of money . Halfway through slots or table bets this asks continuously for authentication which is losing players money and time . Wow. I promise you I switched bookies solely because of how terrible this app is. First off: ridiculous that you even need to authenticate your location when your computer has full capability (and approved permission via chrome) to authenticate your location. Secondly: as a LONG TIME user of bet365- I have been so happy with them until this became a regular step in order to place a bet online. Let me run it down for you: Need to place a bet? AUTHENTICATE Need to cash out? AUTHENTICATE BJ dealer gives you a 10 vs a dealer 16 and you need to double down or hit? AUTHENTICATE Absolutely ridiculous the timing this “Authenticator” has when the player is at an advantage and even more ridiculous that they completely ignore the 1 star rating they have on the App Store and haven’t changed or updated it since it’s been available on the App Store. I have lost hundreds SOLELY based on the timing that this app is programmed to pop up and limit you from making any decision before authenticating. Bet365. Do better. By the looks of it… you just lost THOUSANDS of gamblers because of this terrible system you implemented.
