I had withdrawal some amount of money on this app bet365 but didn’t receive my money within estimated timeframe even though I had a conversation with the customer service team. So everyone be cautious while you using this app. You might not get your withdrawal amount back. Having said that, it takes 10 less than a minute to deposit money on this app but takes a lot of time to get your withdrawal amount of money to get received.
I had a problem with the withdrawal and it has not yet been resolved, I sincerely hope that there is a quick solution, I have already provided the transfer details and I am waiting for the payment, it has been more than 10 days without receiving the money withdrawn.
I signed up a week ago, put some money into it and them played two bets and got signed out cause they wanted to review the documents. Bet365 are absolute scums I was offered a payout today of $3400 to cash out on my multi try'd doing it and the app kept freezing every time I pressed on cash out it would make a clicking sound before the markets even closed for the next fight and would just make the noise of me pressing cash out but not actually doing it then when I try'd contacting the live chat it was taking so much time to connect me to speak to an agent the markets had closed this is beyond rigged and should be taken to court for this why offer your customers a option to cash out but not recommend people to make bets with intention to cash out your bet l'm sorry but in what world do you offer customers a cash out show it and the amount you can cash out before the next market closes then freeze the account or something so we can't actually cash the money we're being offered this is beyond fraudulent and should be taken to court and put all over the news for doing this to customers knowing all the terms and conditions especially about cashing out I did everything in the terms and conditions trying to cash out my bet at the time before the next market was closed was being offered my amount to cash out at the time took it but wouldn't let me in what world is this okay. ????
