Deposit transactions “failed” but they still took the money out of my bank account, then spent hours on the phone to them having to prove what money they owed me even though they knew they had credit card issues but yet didn’t stop credit card deposits from happening. Avoid.

Probably the worst betting app I’ve ever used, horrible variety of markets, deposits seem to fail frequently, super slow loading sometimes I feel it struggles to even place a bet. I was scared the app would shutdown if I moved too quick. One deposit even came out of my account and I had to contact the admin so they could credit it to my account an hour later. Offers nothing special, very easily the handicapped one of of the bunch

No transparency when bonus bets expire. You need to remember you lose them after just 7 days from deposit or contact customer service and ask. No Same game multi. No racing futures. Bonus bets can’t be use on cox plate???? Won’t deposit again

These guys may look good because of all their promotions, but don’t be fooled. If you start winning, they will promo bad you and withhold funds unless you sign a Stat Dec and send bank statements etc. avoid at all costs.

Still waiting on my bet to be paid out after 12 days (and counting). It’s almost like I am speaking to a computer telling me it has been referred to the “relevant team”. Never been given the runaround like this ever! Much better betting agencies available!
