Geolocation was down the first day of March madness. They told me they didn’t know when it would be fixed. I missed the first day of March Madness because of it and the support wasn’t helpful at all. Don’t waste your money here go to a different sportsbook.

This sportsbook wouldn't let me cash out mid game. i was winning then i ended up losing my parlay because this sports book wouldn't let me cashout. I do not recommend, plus the welcome offer bonus they offer is horrible of they give it to you.

Won’t pay sign up bonus avoid at all cost

Told me I was opted into the promo for 1000$ back. Once I made my bets and qualified for money back they said I wasn’t opted in. Stick with other sportsbooks.

New user promo offer got me to download the app. After signing up and logging back in the next day the promo off had disappeared from account. Makes me nervous having money in account with them that they may just void bets or winning as well… Like the interface in the app navigating better then other sports books I have used in the past. Thats the only thing keeping it from 1 star review

Multiple times I have been unable to place bets because the login does not work. Nothing happens when you try to click on it. Restarting the app or my phone don’t help either. Once I close out my current bets, I’m finding another betting site.

1. Make it where people can actually spend $5 not $10 to play a parlay. 2. Please please please…add live score. When someone scores you can actually see their score go up or down. 3 Add Apple Pay as deposit. Other then that this app is making a huge improvement when I was last using it. But that’s the only reason why I left because of the top 3.

Tried withdrawing and it said it takes 5 days y’all. Move along. Fanduel, draft kings, hard rock are withdrawn in a few hours. Next.

This app quickly became my favorite sports betting app. Love the layout. Keep it up JACK!

Cannot log in to this app. I have the most up to date IOS and app upgrade and cannot touch the log in buttons on any screen so they register. It was fun while it lasted but if I can’t log in I can’t participate…
