Unsure why the policy booklet tells us to download this app when it doesn’t even allow us to log in. We can’t check the miles or points that it states in the policy. Surprised that we have to call up each time we want to know about our driving. We are paying so much as it is towards our insurance but we can’t seem to even use an app catered for us?
