## Better Notes Description
** As FEATURED by Apple in “New Apps We Love” **

This is a different kind of notes app. Simpler. Smarter. Better.

You can type #hashtags into your notes to organize them.

#hashtags link all the tagged notes together—tap on any to see them all.

We'll find any phone numbers, email addresses, or links in your notes, too, and you can tap on those to call, email, or go to the web.

A dash and then a space makes a list—you can tap the dash later to cross things off.

Attach #photos of things you’d like to remember—receipts, screenshots of directions, shoes in a shoe store. Whatever makes sense for you. Tap little photos to make ‘em bigger. Swipe down on big photos to make ‘em smaller.

We hope this app helps you capture the thoughts that are important to you—thank you so much for giving it a try.

## Better Notes Reviews in United States

### ***** "Long time fan"
I’ve been using this App for many years and just wanted to give some appreciation. Still the best for quick notes. Much thanks to the dev team!
-- XxlThor, 2025-05-15

### ***** "I never review anything"
I’ve been using this app for about 5 years instead of the normal notes app. It’s been absolutely game changer. It’s quick. Simple and doesn’t take up a crazy amount of storage. It’s made my life a lot easier and I like being able to open a new section so easily. Thank you guys for making this app!
-- MDSFL, 2024-12-31

### ***** "Fantastically simple and useful!"
I like it alot ))
-- Max Mundus, 2024-11-29

### ***** "Very handy"
Very handy notebook. Adding pictures in the notes is great if you specifically need this.
I like this app a lot. Great for business and study.
-- WordDragon, 2023-09-18

### ***** "Yes!! Final a simple way to capture quick notes and thoughts!!"
I’ve been looking for this exact app for years!!!! I love making notes on the fly for just random thoughts as I listen to podcasts and books while driving. This is perfect, just give me a quick and easy window to enter my thought and then throw it on a list I can scroll through later and make connections between thoughts.

One request, PLEASE make a widget so I can start a not with a single click (I know it’s only 2 clicks now, but 1 right on the app screen would be perfect!)
-- AMVReviews, 2023-08-09

### ***-- "Used to love this"
I used to love this app, but now that there is apparently no support, of course I have a major problem with nowhere to turn. All I can say, is save a copy of your notes somewhere else in case you inadvertently delete a note or the whole app.
-- jkielfoto, 2023-06-05

### *---- "Lost years of notes"
I had stupidly save precious notes from my grandmothers funeral and had diligently backed everything from this app up to my iCloud so that I had two places the data was saved.
Now I can’t access my notes. I’ve contacted the developer over and over with no answer and I’ve tried Apple but they say the only way to get the back up is from better notes app. Definitely not worth the pain and suffering.
-- Edgar the bird, 2023-01-27

### ***** "GNXBERTHOLL"
I had tried many apps, but the power of this app contrasted with it’s simplicity is incredible.
-- Gnxgbertholl, 2022-10-24

### ***-- "Buggy"
Initially I like the concept.

No app support/contact info available.
User guide gives only some brief info.
Spot for archived notes, but no way to archive.
Save to pdf shuts down app/ a bug.
-- Lupatrian, 2022-10-04

### ***** "Amazing Note Taking App."
The UI is very simple, if I come up with an idea, 2.3 seconds later it’s down on my phone.

It’s that simple to turn on my phone, open the app, and write it that quick. No unnecessary tapping, straight to the note taking. Brilliant UI. So simple.

I seriously recommend writing down all your ideas on here it’s so simple.
