## Better U Care Reviews in United States

### *---- "Ketamine Therapy Good this app - terrible"
Your ketamine therapy is wonderful! This app crushes my mellow mood though. I ordered a package and when I go to the packages tab, it’s stuck on step 1 of 2 and will not progress. Trying to get a hold of someone is anything but easy. Please take more of an interest in how your products are moving through your order process and take notice of orders that aren’t moving.

### ***** "A Perfect Companion to Treatment"
This is a beautifully designed and user friendly app. Great if you’re starting out with ketamine for the first time or in advanced practice. Highly recommend to accompany with treatment!

It’s been extremely beneficial in enhancing my therapy sessions by offering tools to prime my mind before session and offering meaningful journaling exercises post session as well.

It provides a wide range of helpful resources in the programs listed that are both quick and easy to access. I find myself returning to it at least once a week when I need a refresher or to accompany a session. I’ve shared a lot of the YouTube videos, book recommendations, and exercises provided in the app, because I’ve found it to be so healing and helpful for myself.

You can tell that those behind the app are caring, thoughtful, and experienced in what they do.

Thankful for the BetterU team, their care and support has changed my life. ✨ 🙏

### ***** "Changed my life"
Better U is such a beacon of light. After years of depression, this therapy saved my life. If you commit to yourself and do the work beyond the medicine it can get you where you want to be. The staff is amazing and incredibly compassionate. I love the app and am able to keep track of my mental health journey on the go. Thank you Better U for shifting the medical model of mental health ❤️.

### ***** "New to ketamine therapy"
I heard about Better U-Ketamine therapy for a while and finally bit the bullet just two months ago. My dad was sick for several years, and dealing with his decline wasn't easy. We lost him this past January and I fell into a deep depression. I started Better-U and it became my routine once a week. I feel like I’m more present than I’ve been all year and things began to surface that I didn’t even realize were there. It’s helped me find forgiveness in my heart and to be grateful for this life. I’m beginning to restore relationships within my family and taking control of my health. it’s changed my thoughts on spirituality, consciousness, connection & I’m thoroughly enjoying this transformational journey. I hope this works for anyone open to trying something new. My incredible experience with the staff and the onboarding process made me feel safe and secure while administering at home.

### ***** "Like having a doctor, therapist, & coach in one app"
Friendly UI, makes me feel warm and fuzzy, like a familiar safe place to go to when I’m stressed.

### ***** "The support and all the love"
The most lovely and compassionate group you will find. Better U has helped me so far more than I could have imagined. It was one of the most beautiful and powerful experiences in my life. I have chronic pain, PTSD, severe, am disabled, have anxiety and depression. I have been been able to mostly forgive some horrendous things. I am a work in progree but blows my antidepressents out of the water. I wish insurance would cover. Thank you BETTER U!!

### ***** "Ketamine Therapy is Life Changing!"
I have been using BetterU for awhile now. It has been life changing. Now with this app, it makes the experience even easier to navigate.
