This is a really great service that provided me with a loan to consolidate and pay for some urgent car repairs. Simple and easy process that was approved quickly. They also worked to get me a good interest rate. Customer service is brilliant, calls are answered within in 5 minutes and staff are helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

About mid year last year I had a problem where I needed cash asap . I was very apprehensive applying for a loan when I needed it quickly where the rejection makes you feel worse if you do not get approved . When I made the initial call they were very open from the get go . The application was so thorougher and I got approved . They were so helpful and they listen to what I was going through and helped me make a plan with the repayments . I cannot thank jacaranda enough for helping me through that stressful time and if there are other people reading this do consult them if you need help . This app is so easy and so simple to use everything is in the one place. Everything is easy to find and to use without any issues. I find the staff also are very helpful and accommodating as much as they can with needs. I would recommend jacaranda to anyone who is looking for help.
Amazing Customer Service
Applying for the loan was such an easy process and having a response so quickly! Every time I’ve needed to call the customer service is outstanding and super helpful. I love getting the monthly statements of how much is remaining but now I can easily login to the app track everything and see the countdown till my next payment!

Great app, just what we needed. Great to work with this company low repayment amounts & instant cash when approved, Will stay with them if needed again, Had a few issues at certain times to make the repayment but they have always gone above and beyond to help make it affordable & given me multiple options in which I can use to catch up, No other loan company comes close to jacaranda.
