This app is amazing
Not for everyone
Just purchased it. The take prank frame feature is not for everyone. If you do not have the physical space to perform, then you cannot participate. You get what you paid for. So far it is just frustrating. The prank fitness test feature just does not work. Without personal coach you are just picking workouts that are either ineffective, not suitable, or even dangerous depending your fitness level. It would also be more helpful to help user pick the correct workout instead of using cheerful fancy names that convey little about the purpose of the workouts
Are these 5-star reviews fake?
I just downloaded this app a few days ago and signed up for a trial. While the exercises they are recommending each day are good, the directions for doing them and occasionally the model doing them are not demonstrating good form. For example, the app instructs you to inhale while you're contracting your abs in a crunch and exhale in the way down. This is exactly the opposite of what you're supposed to do. In the same short workout, the model demonstrating a "cobra" pose is on her toes. This is not correct form. If you know what you're doing you'll probably be fine but if you don't, you could risk injury. These are not huge mistakes but it bothers me that any app selling an exercise routine would have any mistakes at all, let alone such basic mistakes.

If you paid for anything CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. I got charged $30 and luckily my bank account caught it as fraud and im now getting my card changed.
