Excellent bite size workouts
Great workouts with nice uplifting music. Only I needed a bit more time to switch from one exercise to another. I asked them about it and they did. Very happy.
I never did exercise for 48 years.
I never did exercise for 48 years. Now I do for 15 minutes and I started small but real. I think that this application was the best application I had. I do not suffer more from my back and gradually I built muscle. Also I feel better due to the exercise.

They charge you again without permission it’s not trustworthy app
Be careful They charged me again 3sec after I clicked one subscription with another extra additional without ever ever understand and approve it 39,99. They just took it from my card and I paid with Apple Pay. I contacted with their support for the extra charge and for them it is an additional service bla bla bla , and refund is not an option because of their terms. Total a scam and I will go farther Don’t mind that nickname it is just that

I just saw tha almost 100€ was taken from my bank account without my consent and I saw 7 hours later I hope they return the money this is unacceptable and I’m so furious I hope I take my money back and not see this app never again in my life I am left with 2 euros in my bank account like be serious
