Found myself charged unknown, written help via app and email and cause over a week to deal with it where they insist “You may see some additional offers, but it is up to you whether to accept those or not.” which is a WTF to me

Bad experience. I originally hope to pay a one-month trial class but this app charged me the payment automatically for another month and can’t allow me to cancel the payment even I have already stopped the subscription!
They would charge EVERY MONTH even after you cancelled the subscription because it is useless. There are other better choices out there! This app is a scam!
