If you don’t like going to the gym everyday . This app is for you
Not worth the price
I’m trying this after using Apple Fitness+ for sometime. I can confidently go back to Apple Fitness+ and will newer try anything else. Apple Fitness+ Programm is way better than this app. Don’t fall for BetterMe marketing. It’s not good, you cannot view the exercise position/posture properly while doing the exercises. It’s just bad. If you are in Apple ecosystem, don’t even try any other app.

Workouts are fantastic and before seeing the results outside, you can feel changes inside your body and I think this the basic requirement for any fitness.
