App fantastica!
Adoro questa app. Crea un piano personalizzato per le tue esigenze e una volta impostato calcola le calorie che assumi e gli allenamenti adatti a te ogni giorno. Non sono una sportiva, ma quest’app mi invoglia ad allenarmi ogni giorno. Gli allenamenti sono ben strutturati e prima di ogni esercizio hai qualche secondo per imparare il movimento. Consigliatissima!!

Sono solo ladri , io non ho attivato nessun abbonamento mensile , e mi hanno fregato la somma di ben 69 €!!! Chiamo per disattivare e non rispondono! Non scaricatela perché poi l’unica cosa che vi resta da fare è cambiare direttamente il conto!!! LADRI!!!

Mi trovo bene . Perché gli esercizi vengono spiegati uno ad uno.

Ho fatto l’abbonamento un anno e mezzo fa, all’inizio col fatto che era pagato non lo seguivo molto poi ho iniziato seriamente e non ho più smesso, anzi ho elevato il mio livello. Mi fa sentire bene. Ci sono molti corsi che mi interessano e seguo. Impossibile farli tutti. Per me è già un traguardo fare i 28 giorni di fila senza saltarne uno. Per qualsiasi problemi rispondono in fretta. Mi trovo proprio bene e dopo averne provate altre non cambio
