They say that they don’t store credit card data, but with an accidental single button click (e.g. expecting to read more about the offer) in the app, your credit card is debited without any additional payment consent request. And they refuse to refund even though contacted immediately.
If you want to cancel, you have to litterally go through several pages where you press cancel, again and again. I was sure I have canceled, but nope, i did press the final final “cancel”. I think it is unfair. I have asked for a refund and they keep bouncong me with emails with their policy. Never again!
Had an issue->Contacted client support-> Only got automatic email that they received my request. Hope it will get better in future. Other than this it is good app for daily work out in home.

Do not recommend it. They take money and no chance to get it back, even if you not happy with the app.
I do not recommend using this app due to the unfavorable purchasing conditions for the customer. When trying the trial version, the terms state that the customer obligates this app to deduct money from his account regularly until he cancels. This is a legal scam with the hope that the customer will not read all the terms and conditions carefully and will be able to successfully receive the money.
Some things for beginner is too hard. App works too fast. It is not orientated to do things in safe way (which should be first). Videos are not sync with timer (they start earlier, ends before time and restarts. Music - terrible and stressfull (but you can put your own). Good customer service though. However it seems it is casual overdone app, too much things added and none of them done in good quality. To small quastioneer to get any individuality of person. You can get good plan of exercise, but please be careful, guard yourself.
All they do is play the game “Pay us for your forgetfulness”. They renew a subscription and take the money from you without any reminders. And they won’t issue a refund even if you contact them the same minute when they steal your money from you. Scammers bussines model. Shame on that.
