The app say subscribe and first 5 days are free as they charged the amount at that moment already So pathetic
Overcharged, no customer support response and unwarranted subscription billing
I subscribed to the 28 day challenge program which was advertised for 89 Aed for one month, however I was charged and 179 aed instead for which I emailed and tried reaching out via billing inquiries options under ‘Help’ option in the app to no avail. I am again charged 299 aed plus 179 aed for I dont know what and there is no way for me to reach out to the team for the explanation and refund request. Be very careful with this app
Scammer and Fraud
Cheater, Fraud and Scammer deduct my amount twice I deleted the app not using it.. i just took trial base for 7 days showing price was different they deduct x3 times . Pathetic App Good for nothing Bloody Scammers 😡
Fake app
This is fake app they charged my card despite for canceling subscription.
Scam and Non-consented Credit Card Charging
This application is scam and the team is fraud. It was supposed to be a one time subscription of $ 10/-, but, they are charging my credit card every week. You email them, complain them, delete app, whatever you do, they do not respond back, and keep charging your account. Subscribe them if you don’t care about money. Moreover the app just seems generic without any specifically tailored plan for you.
These guys are scammers!
I subscribed to the trial of 7 days (it turned out it’s not a trial, they charged me upon signup!) and despite the fact that I emailed them more than 24hrs prior to 7th day my card was still charged again! It has been 10 Days of repeated emails and nobody responds nor cancels my subscription. This is illegal and these guys should be sued! Beware! There is no support response, they just keep taking money, there is no way to cancel the subscription at AppStore end either surprisingly. App Store should blacklist any app that behaves this sneaky
Crash on the first page
My app keeps on crashing on the first login page.. i cannot even explore what the app does.. please help
