This app (as many others) have scam model of auto-renewal. I never clicked auto-renewal check box, I never agreed on auto-renewal option during whole buying proccess. Manage subcription was nowhere to be found during my payed 1-week subcription (i did not even used). Manage subcription option is only available after they charge you 36 EUR for another month against your will. Whole app is confusing and not good. I clicked it trought and did not use. There are BetterApps than this one.
Pay attention, hidden services and payments you are not expected
Inappropriate approach! I used the application about twice because the exercises were not well laid out at all. In the rush of responsibilities, I forgot to cancel the subscription, so they charged me another €35!! For those ridiculous exercises? I immediately asked for a refund, but to no avail. I paid for something I will never use! As a consolation, they offered me some online exercise brochures. Thieves.
Exercises were too basic, instruction videos too short. App is bit clumsy to navigate. Worst thing was that there was no email warning me about end of the trial period. I was charged for the next month without any chance for refund. Support team stopped communicating with me after only one email. Do not buy!
Have encountered clearly fake reviews talking about stuff that was NOT PART PF BOUGHT PACKAGE!
twice my account was charged after i cancelled my subscription, very bad customer service you cant call nowhere, some boot always sends the same link to cancel subscription which j did and still they took my money. i had to block all my cards so that they dont charge me anymore.
I love this app, it’s full of different workouts, fasting plan and daily weight and water intake control. I am usimg it for about 2 years now and I do not want to switch to anything else.
Money disappeared from my account because of this app.
