You have to be very careful while making purchase. Once I buy minimum pack, its just quickly giving you different options to buy again and again. So I did twice by accident. I wrote to the owner of this app in instagram. And she was not polite with her response and dint want to refund

I subscribed to Better Me for one month and authorized the first payment, but I was shocked to see recurring charges deducted without my consent. Despite canceling the subscription through the App Store, the app continued to charge me, even after it disappeared from my active subscriptions list. To make matters worse, I discovered that additional plans were added without my request or approval. This is not just a technical issue—it feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of users. I never used the app after the initial subscription and did not authorize these renewals or purchases. I strongly urge others to be cautious with this app and hope the App Store takes action against these unethical practices.

I’ve tried it before and now subscribed for a life time! Love it because it works for me! Easy to use and short minutes go so fast sometimes that I want to do 3days in raw 😃 really appreciate face training function! Thank you 🙏

Such a fake app.. dont fall for it.. waste of money. N they will not let u disable the auto renewal after free periods. U totally ficked. I downloaded the application recently and opted for the 7-day pricing plan, which I understood to be a one-time payment with no auto-renewal or subscription involved. Upon checking the pricing details before making the payment, there was no information provided regarding any auto-renewal or subscription policy. I specifically selected the 7-day pricing option for AED 39.99 as I intended to try the application for a short period. However, I was dismayed to discover that an unauthorized charge of AED 179.99 has been debited from my account. I received a notification from my bank today regarding this transaction. This has left me greatly concerned and frustrated, as it contradicts the terms and pricing information I reviewed prior to making the initial payment. To compound matters, I have been unable to locate any subscription information related to your application on the Apple Store. I downloaded the app via the Apple Store and completed the transaction using Apple Pay. It is perplexing that there is no mention of a subscription within the app's listing on the Apple Store. I am disappointed by this situation and the apparent miscommunication that has occurred. As a customer, I believe in fair and transparent business practices, and I am left feeling misled and frustrated by the current circumstances. I kindly request that you initiate the refund process for the unauthorized charge of AED 179.99. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, as it directly affects my financial well-being. They will charge you everything and cancel procedure is so complicated to confuse the user

I had cancelled the subscription before a while but they renew it in a double price for 179.99 dirham Emirati. I used only two days so why I will keep my subscription. I am sure I hade cancelled it. But I don’t know what is the wrong why it didn’t and they renew. I use to do this all the time with other subscriptions that why I am dilute I cancelled before a while.

It looks fancy at the beginning and catches your attention. However it does not with the money, there is no grocery list, neither cooking guide. Pictures do not match the ingredients. Do not waste your money, you can get the same for free from the Chat gpt. Developer is responding me to contact them so they can solve it. However they already confirmed before that they do not take responsibility for poor quality and do not have money refund. So even the developer experience is a pity one.

Am still figuring out things as am new on this app but so far I am liking it!

I was charged 179 aed 3 times while I used the app only for 5 basic workouts. There was no communication from the team to check on me or follow up to improve compliance. I asked for refund and it was refused with some excuses

I love this app I got so much from it definitely recommend!
