To customise order you have to make an account, took 3 different trys online and in app and still couldn’t place the order. Horrible interface, tried on 2 different phones and still failed.

Mobile number and date of birth required to sign up. Seriously??

We don’t live near a Betty’s so we eat in.. the app has no eat in option so missing half the menu..

I found this app really confusing. Hard to tell what you’ve ordered, if you’ve paid or how to navigate through to checkout or even if you’ve managed to order. Think you should test this with customers to add in the designs needed to make this app more user friendly. Seems like one step is missing at every stage

Be warned this app sends out notifications in the middle of the night!

I have a gift card that I cannot redeem because I cannot log into this horrible app. I kept getting errors trying to create an account through the app, so I gave up on the app and went to the website to create an account. The website worked, but I still couldn’t use these details to log into the app. The best part is that I can’t redeem my gift card without using the app. Awful experience.

Doesn’t flag the restaurant location near your order, ended up ordering a meal in another state. If you make an order there is no contact details to the restaurants or a way to cancel through the app. We had to wait for the email to contact the restaurant. Couldn’t cancel, couldn’t refund. Had to just order again, and yes, pay again. Other apps do the same, and more responsive.

Got to the end of checkout and was asked to create an account after which my cart was emptied and I had to start again. Before this app I was hungry. Now, I’m hungry and disappointed.
