I had over 100€ of my own money in the account and an unsettled bet which subsequently won worth over 200€. My account is now closed and I have no access to my money. I have attempted to contact betvictor all weekend since and have not been able to get in touch with anyone who can assist. I have proof of my email attempts, my valid documents and proof of all bets placed. This is extremely unfair and upsetting as I have not done anything wrong. It appears that this is down to a fault in their verification system and I was not given any advice or time to validate my account.
