## beU Delivery Reviews in United States

### **--- "Unreliable Service and Unfair Refund Policy"
I had a terrible experience with this app. They canceled my order twice and failed to refund the full amount, keeping the tips I paid. This feels like theft, if the service wasn’t delivered, I should’ve received a full refund. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
-- #Joyfull, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Worst service ever"
All my experiences with BeU has been terrible. I don’t recommend it at all, don’t even bother to download.
-- sel__b, 2024-07-15

### ***-- "Cleanliness!!!!!!"
The person who brought the food for me yesterday the that he holds is so dirty so as a delivery company you must work on cleanliness problem
-- Loyal customer2425, 2024-06-20

### ***-- "Please review your update"
It’s a great app and all but once its 6:00pm I couldn’t order any food because apparently they don’t do delivery more than a kilometre or something like that after 6pm……and yeah I can’t even order in A DAY LIGHT if the restaurant is 7km ish farther.
-- hulunesh, 2024-06-06

### *---- "Bad customer service"
Simply bad and overpriced
-- Kingmelek_42, 2024-03-10

### *---- "Beu is the worst platform"
Beu is really the worst app the drivers are very rude and there Clint service are completely useless. They make me wait 3 hours for one food and after that they said the food is cancelled this is so unprofessional.
-- Abeni mesfin, 2024-03-08

### *---- "More than 3km is a no-no!!"
I highly don’t recommend if you are more than 3km away from the restaurant you ordered from!!!
-- denqem, 2024-01-15

### **--- "Practically the only choice but hidden prices"
If you’re looking for a somewhat timely delivery app, they’re the way to go but they recently started to have hidden prices that were activated after already ordered.
-- Melecot, 2023-12-31
