Reviews in United States ### **--- "Can’t login" It’s shocking that the login function simply doesn’t work. It sends otp code and doesn’t recognize it. -- syrnick, 2024-10-17 ### *---- "Can’t even sign into my own account" Things pretty dumb. Can’t even sign into my own account. I try to input my email, click on the blank box and the highlight goes all the way to the top left of the app. Pretty annoying and inconvenient. Please help and fix. -- Hybrid Vex367, 2024-09-10 ### *---- "go back to the previous version" latest version is BAD! can’t update my favorite’s, have to keep logging in. worst possible version. do you guys even beta test your version before going live. -- BSB2000, 2024-07-20 ### **--- "Meh, Good For Scrolling" Idk what happened with this latest update but all my favorites are gone, I have to constantly login and the search doesn’t work well. The app seems pretty useless for me now. With my favorites being gone from the app, I just go across town to Total Wine and pick up from their. I had my favorites mirrored in that app and depending on my laziness, would order from BevMo or Total Wine. It’s easier to stick w Total Wine now. I have all my items and favorites in the app and their prices are not nearly as high. Total Wine for the win. -- Ctanmo, 2024-07-09 ### ***-- "mostly works, but has issues." the app will not let me add a tip and I don’t carry cash. search is wonky at best. don’t outsource your tech to the lowest common bidders. look at all of the negative reviews. most people give an app only one chance. lastly, the $10 delivery fee is a bit steep. by the time you add that in plus tip, i might as well go to my local liquor store. where do you want me and others to go? the app and process could be improved upon immensely which would raise revenue significantly. if you need someone to take over the tech roll, let me know. -- mike1373, 2024-05-15 ### *---- "Low tech app" How many times do I have to log in? Change password? Incompatible with IOS, who knows about Android. This app does everything possible to make it a bad experience I mentioned that to an employee today and was told I’m surprised we have any customers after they use the app. -- thepurps, 2023-12-24 ### **--- "Lousy app doesn’t work" Ordering works ok. I’ve only been able to pick up at curbside at curbside twice out of two dozen times. Won’t let me check in. -- Hi do yum diic, 2023-08-25 ### *---- "Postal code?" On a desktop and through the app, it tells me "Sorry we cannot find the tax rates based on your postal code." Not sure where to fix this issue or why it can't find a tax rate for a store it lists in the website. Either way, I now can't order ahead to have items ready to pickup when I get to the store. -- SEC.4, 2023-08-19 ### *---- "Horrific Response Time" This app takes forever to load, and the rewards just plain stop and never load. I have to go to the web to get any rewards info. Super waste of time! -- Createsf, 2023-07-26 ### ***-- "Medium convenience; bush league UI/UX" This app has two baffling flaws: 1) No ability to filter based on whether items are in stock; 2) Search is case sensitive so the app gives zero results for “Whiskey,” for instance, but will show actual results for “whiskey.” iPhones capitalize the first word in a search or sentence by default. Why would anyone design the app this way -- sortaloquacious, 2023-02-12 [View all BevMo! reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## BevMo!
