Price is very high and cash on delivery is not available with coupon codes. So many people are not have online payment so all of you fix this problem. I have also not have online payment so I can’t apply coupon plz fix it. And i will definitely purchase some items. ❤️ its very good shirts.
Ive been using their products and they ve pretty good quality at decent price So try and check out their collection if you are new😜
Do not even consider ordering in this app if you are outside India. The app says they can ship to some countries outside India but I don’t think they can (they do not follow the process and it’s a hit or miss delivery I guess). The app CANNOT send an OTP to numbers outside India despite requesting for an international mobile number. The products are great but the service is beyond imagination. They DO NOT have a customer service option through Phone and the only way you can reach out is via email which is again hit or miss, you won’t get a response. Every email you send is a new ticket and they DO NOT understand conversation style of responses. If you had a good experience and think this is one off, good luck with your experience.
My order had been picked up and i have not been refunded and they are telling that the order has not been picked up
I had ordered 2 T-shirts but accidentally selected old address for delivery. When I asked delivery courier guy to cancel or reject my order, they agreed. As I was out of station, I could not check order status and when I checked post 72hours(apparently complaint has to be raised within 72hours of delivery), Bewakoof is saying they can’t helped as they have to adhere to the 72hr policy.. I’m really disappointed that I wasted my money on such “bewakoof” app.. although product quality is nice (based on my past exp)
0 customer support 0 tracking information Overall bad app… buy from other site or apps but not from this waste of time and money Not received my order since weeks And I’m not able to contact anyone form their team….
I have been trying to reach you guys since 3rd July. My product is never picked up from your third party saying that I am canceling my return. Why would I do that? The delivery person is not even calling me and he would cancel my request from his side. The customer care told me it would take 48 hours to resolve it and it’s been 2.5 weeks. If you don’t want to take your product then fine with me, pls refund my money. And if you don’t wish to refund my money also keep it! Be accountable for the work you do. This is no joke that you’ll not collect the product.
For a return they said due to unforeseen circumstances they wouldn’t be able to pickup my return as they didn’t have courier partners in my location which is South Bangalore. Ridiculous. Uninstalling the app and not purchasing on Bewakoof again.
There are so many bugs in the app that i had to choose other brand to make my customised T shirt , even i tried online the resize and move feature doesn’t work, it felt like i am on a 20 year Computer
I love this app this app has so much variety of clothes like baggy pants,baggy t shirts ,and my favourite anime over sized T shirts too I just love this app 😁❤️❤️
