Where time is money in my industry, it is great to know what my staff are doing and pick up on trends when staff are late or knock off early. Employees are now required to check in at their designated calls, and the GPS pin points their location, so "ghost calling" has become a thing of the past. We have noticed a substantial increase in sales, and I can only pin it down to now being able to monitor staff real time.
