Beyond Oximeter

I downloaded this app because I have their pulse ox device. To sign up, you need a validation number. To request that validation number you do that through the sign-up process, but it doesn’t work. The email is never sent, and the validation number is never received. So, I am deleting the app, because I can’t get it to work. Too bad I didn’t keep the shipping boxes for the device, because I would send that back too.

If I’d seen the app I wouldn’t have bought the Innovo pulse oximeter

This APP is useless. Spent 2 days trying to Sign Up. Requires a Verification code. Assuming you can get the code and plug in # into box all you ever get is Verification Error and it stops. I’ve tried this numerous times on Android phone and iPad. Same results nothing. Tried different passwords, reinstalled, restarted phone numerous times, confirmed password, nothing. Contacted support several times but all I get is the “standard” try this, try that, etc. Almost every single review gives it 1 star and all have almost identical issues. Be VERY aware!!! Worst app ever. Too bad because works in a manual mode with no Bluetooth which was one reason I bought this model from Amazon. Do not believe Amazon reviews. This is a -1 star. This device will be sent back or thrown in the trash. Too bad cause I purchased 2. I ran out of patience. Garbage

I just got the oxygen meter today. I downloaded the app and I cannot make an account. I’ve tried to get the verification code many times. And still it does not send one to my email account. How can I possibly use this and record my oxygen levels if I can’t get an account to work with my phone?

I must have downloaded this after fixes because I didn’t have an issue at all inputting info. The one thing I wish it had was the ability to record the actual preview heart rate. From what I can tell it doesn’t. Maybe in a future update.

Never got a sign-up verification email, so I couldn’t even set up the app. Disappointing. The product seems to be okay tho, but there’s no way to access whatever might be available on the app

The app requires you to use a verification code to access anything then never sends the code making it effectively useless. Very disappointed to see everyone else having this same issue. Hopefully the company will address and remedy this issue.

This is the most idiotic app I’ve seen. Cannot enter birthdate using the date picker. Cannot enter weight because there’s no use if the iOS keyboard. You have to know a passcode to sign up before you sign up!! Didn’t sync accurately to Health. Deleting the app and sending the unit back.
