With the BeyondTrust iOS Rep Console, IT support technicians can remotely support desktops, laptops, or servers, allowing them to:

• Initiate a remote support session from an iOS device without requiring pre-installed software.
• View a customer’s or employee’s screen and control their mouse and keyboard.
• Work on multiple sessions simultaneously.
• Chat with end-users and other reps within a session.
• Invite other reps into a session to collaborate and resolve issues.

No more laptop

I can get away with just my phone. I don’t have to have a little backpack with my laptop all the time. Absolutely love this app!

Trackpad/Mouse support

Come on, guys. Trackpad and mouse support on iPadOS has been out for well over a year now. Probably longer than that. Time to get with the program. VMWare Horizon works like a champ with trackpad, as does Microsoft RDP, and I believe TeamViewer. This omission is pretty painful, in 2023.

Right click doesn’t exist at all

The recent update fixed the curser issue, only partially. The right click is not working at all. There is no way to support our remote users without the right click.

Doesn't save password anymore

The login screen doesn't save my username and password anymore... Please fix.

Close to useless

You can’t use finger or stylus to control anything. You have to literally move the onscreen mouse cursor to control users’ computers. And most of the times it is not responding even though you move the cursor to it. For example, you can’t just tap the X or use the stylus to click on it to close the Windows Explorer or any open Windows, you have to move the on screen cursor to the X then tap on it to close it. And most of the time it is just not responding. Useless app and very frustrating to use.

Bring back the old version.

Mouse is absolutely terrible. Works 20% of the time. Everything was great before the latest update. Wish I could roll back to the old version. Thousands upon thousands spent each year and this is what we get. Someone really needs to look into this. Glad I’m not the only one with mouse functionality issues based on other reviews.
