## BeyondTrust Support Description
Uw servicedesk heeft een veel bredere reikwijdte met de nieuwe iOS-klant-client van BeyondTrust. Medewerkers en eindgebruikers met populaire mobiele apparaten met iOS kunnen nu complete ondersteuning krijgen om onderweg productiever te zijn. Klantendiensttechnici kunnen in een beveiligde omgeving chatten, gezamenlijk op een website op het mobiele apparaat van de eindgebruiker browsen, schermopnames bekijken die de eindgebruiker gemaakt heeft en zelfs rechtstreeks van het BeyondTrust-console van ondersteuningstechnicus statusupdates naar mobiele medewerkers en eindgebruikers pushen.

Functieoverzicht:
• Beveiligde sessiechat: chat via BeyondTrust in realtime met mobiele gebruikers om hun problemen beter te begrijpen, bestanden over te dragen en de systeeminformatie van het apparaat te bekijken.
• Gezamenlijk browsen: klantendiensttechnici kunnen via BeyondTrust dezelfde websites en webapps zien die de eindgebruiker op dat moment op zijn of haar mobiele apparaat bekijkt en ze kunnen direct aanwijzingen geven om het probleem op te lossen.
• Schermopnames bekijken: eindgebruikers kunnen door hen gemaakte schermopnames van problemen met hun klantendiensttechnicus delen om gezamenlijk de problemen op te lossen die zij met hun mobiele apparaten hebben.
• Webupdates pushen: klantendiensttechnici kunnen URL's met belangrijke statusupdates en systeemconfiguratieprofielen naar eindgebruikers pushen om het probleem snel op te lossen.

Opmerking: De iOS-klant-client van BeyondTrust werkt met bestaande BeyondTrust-installaties, versie 13.1 of hoger en ondersteuningssites met vertrouwde en door CA ondertekende certificaten.  De installatie moet BeyondTrust 14.3.1 of hoger hebben voor volledige taalondersteuning.
