## BeyondTrust Support Description
Den nya BeyondTrust iOS-kundklienten gör det möjligt att bredda servicecentralens tillgänglighet betydligt. Anställda och slutanvändare med populära iOS-baserade mobila enheter kan få all support de behöver för att öka produktiviteten när de är på resande fot. Kundsupporttekniker kan på ett säkert sätt chatta, titta på en webbplats eller app på slutanvändarens mobila enhet, titta på skärmbilder som slutanvändaren tar samt pusha statusuppdateringar till mobila anställda och slutanvändare direkt från BeyondTrust supportteknikerkonsol.

Funktionsöversikt:
• Säker sessionschatt – Använd BeyondTrust till att chatta i realtid med mobila användare för att förstå deras problem bättre, överföra filer och titta på enhetens systeminformation.
• Samtidig skärmvisning – Kundsupporttekniker som använder BeyondTrust kan se samma webbplatser och webbappar som slutanvändaren tittar på i sin mobila enhet, och på så sätt ge omedelbar hjälp att lösa problemet.
• Skärmbildsvisning – Slutanvändare kan ta skärmbilder som illustrerar problemet och dela bilderna med kundsupportteknikern för att underlätta lösningen av de problem som kan uppstå vid användning av den mobila enheten.
• Pusha webbuppdateringar – Kundsupporttekniker kan pusha URL:er med nyckelstatusuppdateringar och systemkonfigurationsprofiler till slutanvändare för att snabbt lösa problemet.

Obs: BeyondTrust iOS-kundklient fungerar med befintliga BeyondTrust-installationer, version 13.1 eller högre och supportwebbplatser med pålitliga CA-signerade certifikat.  Måste ha BeyondTrust 14.3.1+ för fullständigt språkstöd.
