Workout Management: Clients can track workout tonnage, view the number of sets per muscle, and access a comprehensive database of training programs. Workout weeks and individual sessions can be saved as favorites for quick access.

Exercise Notes: Trainers can leave personalized notes for each exercise, guiding clients through their routines, while clients cannot add their own notes.

Nutrition Tracking: The app includes a robust food database and offers customizable meal options. Each meal can have notes and personalized options, with a maximum of three choices for each client. Weekly diet plans can also be marked as favorites.

Client Progress: Clients can track their progress through weight updates, photos, and measurements. They have the option to upload their progress every two weeks, and all updates can be downloaded for easy reference, including progress photos.

Notifications & Updates: The app sends regular updates every two weeks, helping clients track their progress and stay accountable. Each progress update includes both weight and measurement tracking, along with options for personalized metrics.
