## BFBS TV Player Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Can’t determine correct location"
Trying to use the app on deployment overseas in the EU. Not using a VPN, the app decides that I’m in the UK and refuses me access to any of the services.
-- TonyHughes_1, 2024-05-09

### *---- "No longer works!"
I am a serviceman currently serving in Italy. This app is quite frankly a disgrace. It is currently impossible to log in. When I try to log in, it tells me I must submit more information but then just returns me to the log in screen.

It is easily the worst app I have ever used.
-- Zhsvebxh, 2024-03-12

### *---- "Somehow made logging in even more difficult."
Aweful.
-- N J Dev, 2023-12-16

### ***** "First Class app!"
Finally been updated to work better on big screen tv pairing, thank you! Login process easier too, much improved update
-- Rogerton19, 2023-12-01

### *---- "Utter Rubbish"
Very poor connection especially on a weekend, updates are a rarity, so many military people depend on this all over the globe, massively disappointing!
-- redadair11, 2023-10-21

### *---- "By a distance, the worst App out there"
Utterly awful app. Consistently fails to connect, zero support at a weekend, which is when the app will nearly always fail. Never a simple fix even on the rare occasions when there is a fix. Rarely an update to the app, which says it all really. Not continuously improved, not cared about.
Bin.
-- Theboysergio, 2023-09-16

### *---- "Pointless"
Downloaded the app and only receive 3 nepalise channels. Nothing in English
-- muldrew84, 2023-08-29

### *---- "Terrible"
Don’t even bother trying to watch any single big event on this. You’ll never be able to stream when there is a popular event and it will just wind you up enough times so that you write a bad review.
-- JWW5996, 2023-08-26

### *---- "Can’t log on"
I’ve got the app but no idea how to register or login.
When I try to register it takes me to the defence gateway login. No idea what to do after I’ve logged into that.
-- Dcfc1969, 2023-06-09

### *---- "A poor app"
Can’t even watch F1 using the app when serving overseas.
