Utterly awful app. Consistently fails to connect, zero support at a weekend, which is when the app will nearly always fail. Never a simple fix even on the rare occasions when there is a fix. Rarely an update to the app, which says it all really. Not continuously improved, not cared about. Bin.

Downloaded the app and only receive 3 nepalise channels. Nothing in English

Don’t even bother trying to watch any single big event on this. You’ll never be able to stream when there is a popular event and it will just wind you up enough times so that you write a bad review.

Always forgets my registered email. Then after successful setup on two AppleTV devices next login says user denied access. On the iPhone it’s amazing. On Apple TV it’s useless junk.

I’ve got the app but no idea how to register or login. When I try to register it takes me to the defence gateway login. No idea what to do after I’ve logged into that.

Can’t even watch F1 using the app when serving overseas.

As has been mentioned you are not able to stream on iPad, yet my iPhone is fine, please look at this and provide an update to enable iPad functionality again.

Great concept, however once you get to the DG login page it just doesn’t work. Nothing happens. Zilch. Cheers.

Since app update, i cant log in from iPad. It allows me to enter my username and password, however the login button doesn’t work and is then stuck on the log in screen.

Often goes down and will not let you log in, is this issue gonna get rectified any time soon?
