App closes when I try to open it?
Hey not sure what’s up or how else to contact the team, but I just updated the app and whenever I go to open it, I get a white screen for a second and then it shuts down. Maybe something wrong with the new update? I cant access anything on the app cuz it only shuts down
Won’t work
Won’t send the text to my phone even though I’ve been initiated to the group. I’ve updated my phone and installed and uninstalled the app
Not as Advertised
Hiw can you advertise and promote “Group Discovery” if you can’t use the app without an invite from an existing user or group? If I knew people in my new city who could “invite me” to the app, I wouldn’t need your stupid app in the first place. DELETE!
Notifications issue
I have notifications from Geneva turned OFF on my Apple Watch. Every time I update the Geneva app, it automatically starts sending notifications to my watch again. I have had to disable watch notifications from Geneva dozens of times since downloading the app.
Invite only. How can you start a group when the app won’t let you in?
Absolutely ridiculous that you can’t access the app without an invitation. Especially when you’re trying to start a group! Do you want people to use the app or not? Frustrating for No Reason
Absolute trash
Most of the groups are filled with spam. Usually club promoters trying to get people to fill their quotas.

Disappointed
I am very disappointed by this. I understand the “invite only” is most likely due to safety precautions but that makes this app not inclusive. This app was designed for people who want to put themselves out there to meet new people just to be rejected because they weren’t invited to join. Well what about those of us who are wanting to use this app because we don’t know anyone? Where in the world would we get an invite in that case? We wouldn’t. By this app being invite only you aren’t allowing those of us who don’t know anyone yet or have connections to meet people. If anyone else downloads this app and faces these same issues please don’t worry, Bumble BFF is a great way to meet people! And even better, you don’t need an invite!
Not accepting new accounts!!!
So you do the install and they collect your info including phone number …. Then tell you you can not create an account or login because they are only accepting new accounts by invitation only at this time! Seems like they are just collecting data to sell. 😡
