I’ve loved using this app for the past 6 weeks. Des’s videos showing how to do every move is super helpful for form and new exercises I haven’t done before. I love that I can create my own workout or buy one if des’s guides for workouts already planned out for me. One of my favourite features is keeping track of your weights and reps so you can refer back later. It helps me keep pushing and lifting heavier! It has made going to the gym so easy and fun!

Update: 2 years later and I’m still using this the app for my workouts every single week. I absolutely love that it has helped me keep track of my progress over the years and that I can continue to go back to old programs that are saved on my app!

I love this app, I’ve had it for 3 days now and it’s great having everything at my fingers tips! There are lots of workouts for each muscle group and even videos that show how to do them. Alternative exercises are also included in case you’re working out at home or the original is a bit too difficult. Something I really like is the ability to upload progress photos right on the app so you have them in one place. Definitely worth the investment! You won’t regret it.

I can to believe how great this app is. Great to use with her plans and/or challenges, calculates total weight lifted and provides you with other exercises based on the muscle group you want to target.  Definitely invest in this app if you want to slay your workout!

I got this app for Timeless 2.0 and it is amazing !!! So much thought and time went into making this app ! It is so helpful having videos on what exercise you are supposed to do! It also keeps track of every workout you do , the weights you use ,and progress !! Des has done an amazing job with all of her programs and app ! It truly has changed my life for the better I am so thankful !!!!!

This app is a game changer for fitness. I love that it calculated how much weight you’ve lifted in a session, this literally is so motivating each weight to see that number rise! So easy to use, specially for beginners due to videos showing you how to do each movement! I have found since using this app my workouts take less time because you can program you rest time between lifts in! Makes workout more efficient for me! 10/10 recommended to women and men!

Let me tell you, I’ve tried workout apps before. I’ve paid for plans, subscription services, I’ve tried it all - but this app is truly one of a kind!! One of my favourite features is the videos Des has of EVERY. SINGLE. EXERCISE! She shows how to do the movement with tips and proper form. This app is created by someone who is educated and it shows. Also shows you the lb’s lifted after every session - great for tracking progressive overload! 10/10 recommend - take this app with you to the gym and you will have everything you need (and you’ll leave VERY sweaty)!
