As a girl who gets confused with technology easily, this app has been great ! Everything is organized and easy to navigate. The app offers modifications or alternate options needed for each workout for every fitness level. You can do these workouts at home or the gym, whatever you need for your life style !

I’ve tried multiple workout apps over the last few years and none compare to this app! You can follow the planned workouts to a “T”, you can add/subtract what you want from them, or you can create your own workout completely from the library. I love the flexibility this app has! Also, the videos are very helpful in showing proper form and there’s alternative exercises that you can do if you don’t have the proper equipment or are physically unable to perform the exercise. I strayed away a couple months ago to a different app and quickly came back because this is the one that works best for me!

I recommend the app to literally everyone, but if you’re a mom or you have gotten out of your fitness journey and want to come back in with a focus on form and taking care of your body, THIS IS FOR YOU! Des does so well on educating, providing alternate workouts, and encouraging you to show up for yourself! It’s easy to navigate, but she also provides videos to teach you how to work it. The DBFT community is great for encouragement wherever you are on your journey! 🩷 thank you, Des!

DBFT is the best app I have used for workouts and tracking. I love everything about the workouts themselves and I love the features of the app including being able to enter your weight and reps and look back at those easily the next time you do that exercise. It really helps me to push myself and work on progressive overload! Des and her team are incredible and very responsive. Highly highly recommend this app and working with Des!

I have been using this app for over a year now and I absolutely love it! It gives me modification options for exercises that may be out of my comfort zone and it takes the thinking out of exercising so I can just enjoy feeling better. I’ve been a Desb follower for a couple years and have completed a few challenges. I love the community, the support of the coaches, the transparency during changes, the workouts, the simplicity of the app, the tracking features, and variability. I love how simple it is to see the exercise, watch the video demo, record my reps/weight/time, and see past weights/reps all on the same page. This app is my one and only gym resource app, outside of my Peloton app. I’m pretty sure I’m a BFIT lifer.

This app is hands down, the best. The convenience of having workouts ready when you need them is honestly priceless to me. It saves me so much time and makes it so I never have to question what things go together, what’s too much, etc. the app is also so easy to use. It tracks your weight and reps, easy to swap exercises, has the best - instructional videos, allows you to see what weight you did the last time doing that exercise. It makes my life easy and that’s what I need!!

If you are looking for the best fitness app and program you have found it. I remember debating about signing up 5 months ago and I took the leap and I am so glad that I did! You will not be disappointed. The programs allow for modifications for if your in the gym or at home. You can also customize and create your own workouts which allow for you to track your reps, weight and sets. So you never have to wonder what weight to start with the following week so you can track them GAINS. I have successfully lost weight/inch’s and have been able to maintain that loss. When you look good you feel good so invest in your self!

I’ve done two coached challenges now and desb recently updated this app and it is amazing. I love the simplicity of seeing what I need to do and how many sets/reps on the same page. Desb has videos of TONS aid workouts which is helpful if your new to the gym. You won’t regret using this app

I’m absolutely loving the app upgrade! It not only looks nice, but is very user friendly. I love that I can see a demonstration of the exercises as well as see the amount of weight I lifted throughout the workout. You can also go back to see what size weights you used in previous workouts.

I’ve been through my fair share of workout apps, mostly free but I wanted something legit so i took the chance and purchased a plan. I can honestly say i’ve never stuck to something for as long as i have this! It literally tells you step by step what to do and how to do it! You can’t mess it up and you have a great plan going into the gym so you won’t feel confused. I plan to purchase more plans but honestly i could stick with the one i have for some time. worth the money!
