It’s a very bad design and not clean like the modern iOS systems. All information from previous app updates should’ve come across like the update they done a few years ago that shows every studio you’ve been to and the amount of visits. That was one of the best features I’ve seen and it wasn’t carried across (not even all your visits were) and that’s half the BFT thing! Awarding people for their milestones not they can’t look or show their other peers. also there is no separation in which country you’re in ? So when I’m in the UK I don’t wanna have to go searching through all the Australian Studios to find the one I’m going to. Separating regions was smart. It is clear HQ rushed this rollout without proper testing, replacing a functional system with a generic, half-baked Glofox template. The UX is clunky and feels like a budget white-label product rather than the premium gym experience we pay for. Essential features are gone: I can no longer see my total visit count, unable to check-in this app, no way to track favorite studios etc . For a high-end membership, this "upgrade" is a major letdown. You need to stop being cheap with your app because this completely drags down your brand.
