Not working as expected

I'm trying to contact your support, but it is verry difficult to find and the app support is not working. I can't see details on the map in my area. I can hit the "Tab here to unlock area" but gets the error "Unavailable. Only subscribers can unlock this area" I have subscribed and are now on a 14 day evaluation

Autoroute not working

This product has become really bad with the latest update. After weeks with no service and access the app. function Autoroute is not working. The contact and support application does not work either. This is a bad job Navico have done with this version. Don’t buy before it is solved

Login failure

I havent been able to login to the app for a weekend now. Egen do u fix the outage problem??
