Subscribed to this app after finding out I was pregnant. It helped me easily have a fitness plan in place that was safe for pregnancy and post part!! I can overthink, do too much research and get analysis paralysis. With Betina’s knowledge in the fitness industry and with the body in general whether you’re expecting or not, saved me so much time and overthinking on what I can/cannot do. Looking forward to going through her program for postpartum. Highly highly recommend!!

Wanted to give a huge shout out to Betina and her bgtv fitness app. I have used a several other apps i.e. jillian michaels/apple fitness/ladder. Those workouts made me dreading working out the next day! I felt exhausted and honestly ate more since I was so exhausted after the workouts.
BGTV’s fitness programs have been working great for me. I feel strong energized and honestly look forward to working out again the next day!

I’m a busy woman and I try to workout when I can whether it’s at home or the gym. Betina is an excellent coach. She thoroughly explains the workout before you do it by modeling it and as you’re doing it. She also explain why it’s important and what it targets. She also is 2 steps ahead and recognizes common errors with form that she can narrate for you to be aware of and how to correct them. She has workouts for all types of needs. You can do them with or without equipment and set them to workout goals or time frames. Sometimes I’m so busy but I’ll do a 20 minute workout and it’s challenging enough I don’t feel guilty for working out in that small time frame. She’s awesome and will make you smile every step!

### ***** "Mom’s, This One’s For Us!!"
The BGTV app has been such a game changer for me throughout my pregnancy! Staying active was really important to me, but I often felt unsure of what was safe to do. Once I got started, I didn’t feel the need to worry. The workouts were easy to follow, and tailored to each stage, which gave me so much confidence in staying active. I loved how Betina offered modifications when I needed them, and the mix of strength, mobility, and gentle stretching kept me feeling strong and energized without ever feeling overworked.

What I loved most was how the app met me where I was. Some days I had lots of energy, other days not so much, and there was always something that felt right for me in that moment. 

Now that I’m in the postpartum stage, I’m even more excited to continue using it. Working out alongside Betina while she also recovers from pregnancy makes me feel supported as I rebuild my strength, and it’s so reassuring knowing the workouts are designed with a mom’s needs in mind. Having this app has truly made fitness feel accessible, encouraging, and sustainable through such a big life transition.

Highly recommend for any moms to be, new moms or ANYONE looking for safe, effective, and goal achieving workouts! We’ve got this, let’s go!!!! 💪🏽

### ***** "Strength Training for Shy Gym Girlies 💜"
I first discovered Betina when she hosted a few Popsugar workouts and loved her positive energy and coaching style/philosophy. So when she came out with BGTV, I was eager to sign up. I'm a shy gym girly, so I much prefer to do follow-along workouts that I can do at home. Through her first few challenges, I've learned so much about how to stay active in my life and how to nourish my body properly to help with recovery. They've helped set a great framework for how to continue staying active once they are over, so I find myself continuing her strength-focused workouts several times a week, combined with additional cardio for my heart health. I’ve been a member for over a year now and it's been so exciting seeing myself getting stronger and slowly upping my weights as I repeat workouts. It's also so much fun seeing other people in the community cheering each other on and having fun!

### ***** "Best trainer!! Best workouts I’ve ever had!! … and I’m a 40 yr old mom of 3 teens"
Betina is a trainer for the moms!! I started following her on the NTC app and fell in love with her interaction, positivity and break down of each move. This is truly functional strength training! I especially needed this very much a year ago when I was given the ok to start working out after a back surgery. Betina’s workouts make me feel strong and help me move properly in my day to day activities. I’m even teaching my kids how to do a proper squat to pick something up 😂 

It helps to know that Betina is a mom of 3 little ones!! Most trainers I followed in the past were way younger than me with no babies. It was hard to keep up. The body’s just different when you give birth. Betina’s moves are easy to follow and she is awesome about making sure you’re doing them right 👍🏽

BGTV is the way to go to show up everyday and feel stronger!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 
So glad to have come across this program. Thanks Betina!!! ❤️
