Every session earns XP and feeds a deep performance profile. Use a template, follow a science-backed program tailored to your level, or log freeform. Your active program, today's plan, and a live intelligence snapshot are always front and center.

Neural Coach
An AI coach calibrated to your goals, fitness level, and training history. Ask anything, get a real plan, and refine it as you train — not generic advice.

The Arena
Climb the ranked ladder across ten tiers, from Unranked to Ascendant. Step into the War Room for 1v1 battles where every result moves your rank. Form Circles with athletes at your level, post your sessions to the feed, and follow people who push you further.

Route Cards
After every outdoor run, ride, or walk, Bhalam renders your route as a biometric trail — a shareable card with your path, pace splits, elevation, and heart rate zones.

Bhalam integrates with Apple HealthKit to sync workouts from your Apple Watch and other wearables, read live heart rate during training sessions, and write the workouts you log back to Apple Health. You control exactly which health data types Bhalam can access via the Apple Health permission sheet, and you can revoke access any time from Settings → Apple Health & Devices or from iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
