App is a scam, don’t use
DON’T USE THIS APP - НЕ ИСПОЛЬЗУЙТЕ
The app gives you a price that seems fair then at the end of the ride you will be told that cost much more. On the app I had a ride for approximately 900 som on the app, but at the destination I was told I needed to pay 1800. I got in touch with the ‘support’ team and they simply told me they have a fixed rate to the place I was going. However, even now the app tells me the fixed price of 900. If I had known about the price before I wouldn’t have booked it. Don’t use this scammer app and let it ruin your day. I will also report it to Apple as illegitimate business practices
Worst taxi service I used in my life
Taxi drivers are rude, say they’ve arrived before actually arriving, rudely ask where to go, drop you off at the wrong place, it’s caused me so much stress as I am not from Bishkek
