The variety of training plans is incredible, and more importantly, these programs actually work. What really sets this app apart is the thoughtful design. Every exercise comes with a video demonstration, so I always know exactly what I'm supposed to be doing. Even better, when my gym doesn't have a particular piece of equipment, the app suggests replacement exercises so I never have to skip a workout or waste time figuring out alternatives. The volume tracking feature has been a game-changer for my progress. I can see exactly how much work I'm putting in each week, and it's become a personal challenge to gradually increase my volume. Having that data at my fingertips keeps me motivated and accountable.
