But the app, it’s been hit or miss over the years and is currently more of a miss. It crashes on my iPad Mini whenever I try to go to text view for an article and is just generally sluggish. Again, the content of the magazine is great! The app needs some work. -- Zinn31, 2025-02-23 ### ***** "What’s all the 1 star hubbub about?" Good content, decent app. The app isn’t spectacular but functional and it is accessible with articles in both original magazine format and mobile optimized format. Best on tablet. -- otherwises0und, 2025-01-12 ### *---- "Great content, terrible app" The app is basically unusable. After zooming in, if you try to scroll to another part of the page, it zooms back out. Everything is jerky and slow, even on a current iPad Pro. Avoid the app until they get the ui fixed. -- LovedMy][+, 2023-07-09 ### *---- "Unusable" Don’t waste your time downloading this app. I can’t get it to work with ANYTHING. I am a digital subscriber to BAR but if I can’t use this app to access the magazine and library, what is the point of subscribing? -- stevemuncy, 2023-02-07 ### *---- "Articles not formatted for iPhone screens" This app just takes the print layout and digitizes it. You need to zoom and pan to read anything. -- herod2221, 2023-01-05 ### *---- "Does not load. Don’t buy…" After years of being a loyal subscriber, and trying to go digital with this app, it is terrible. Does not load, can’t zoom to read, or even go to the next page. nor is printing and option. Save your money….avoid. -- ticker 777, 2022-12-18 ### *---- "Not able to update password" I do not recommend this app, and that does not concern its contents. The problem is that the app settings give you no way of updating or resetting your password, if you forget it. Since I forgot my password to access the app, it has been nearly two years since I am not able to read the magazine. The website does not help either. This is the only app that does not allow you to reset a password when it is forgotten. I will let the subscription run out and will not renew it. I have been wasting my money. -- Ddieuj, 2022-12-04 ### *---- "Cannot find Downloaded magazines" So I finally subscribed to the digital subscription. I love the archive section and being able to view any magazines at a click of a button. Unfortunately when I click on the downward arrow to download the article, the article clearly showing the download process but can’t seen to find it anywhere on my iPad Pro. After contacting Apple support they suggested to reach out the developer and resolve the issue directly with them. So is anyone else experiencing downloading issue such as not knowing where the downloaded files reside? -- Fogo', 2021-10-23 ### ****- "Terrible" Logged in fine, but when I try to access any sort of function it takes me to an instruction screen that will not close no matter what I tap. Impossible to read the magazine. I feel I got scammed -- mnildfg, 2020-08-11 ### **--- "Needs overhaul" I love BAR but this app is abysmal. So many problems and bugs. Can’t use search unless you go to web version. Just a mess. -- VegasPopinjay, 2020-07-15 [View all Biblical Archaeology Review reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Biblical Archaeology Review In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Biblical Archaeology Review | $19.99 | | BIBLICAL ARCHAEOLOGY REVIEW (Sept/Oct 2013) | $5.99 | | BIBLICAL ARCHAEOLOGY REVIEW (March/April 2013) | $5.99 | | BIBLICAL ARCHAEOLOGY REVIEW (Nov/Dec 2012) | $5.99 | | BIBLICAL ARCHAEOLOGY REVIEW (July/Aug 2013) | $5.99 | | BIBLICAL ARCHAEOLOGY REVIEW (Sept/Oct 2012) | $5.99 | | BIBLICAL ARCHAEOLOGY REVIEW (May/June 2013) | $5.99 | | BIBLICAL ARCHAEOLOGY REVIEW (March/April 2011) | $5.99 | | BIBLICAL ARCHAEOLOGY REVIEW (September/October 2011) | $5.99 | | BIBLICAL ARCHAEOLOGY REVIEW (July/August 2012) | $5.99 | ## Biblical Archaeology Review Discovered Keywords -
